Do you use subcontractors?

No. Every technician is a trained ClearCo employee, uniformed and covered by our insurance. That has been our rule since 2003.

Do I need to be home for window cleaning?

Not for exterior-only work, as long as we can reach the yard and gates are unlocked. For interior cleaning we need someone to let us in.

How often should I clean my windows in Arizona?

Most Valley homes do well every 3 to 6 months because of dust and hard water overspray. Right after monsoon season is the most popular time to book.

How often should solar panels be cleaned?

Two to four times per year in the Phoenix area. Our AutoClean plans keep it on schedule, which helps output and helps keep panel warranties valid.

How long does carpet take to dry?
